Job Specification
Complex low volume parts are 3D printed in SR-30 Soluble Support and set using our custom made pipe setting jigs.
Produce low volume, light weight parts wrapped in carbon fibre.
- Complex shapes 3D printed in SR30 soluble material.
- Bespoke setting jigs designed and 3D printed to enable parts to be assembled correctly and secured whilst bonding and curing takes place
- Once cured and the surfaces smoothed part is sent for 3D wrapping.
- Once Wrapped and the carbon cured the part is sent for the core to be removed / washed away leaving only the lightweight carbon structure.
